Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking). After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Exceptions & Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@bellastella-harrington.com
After 12 hours, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled. Please check your details carefully before completing your purchase.
